Students = grade 11 or 12,  Young Adults = age 18-25

Trip Dates: August 5-20th 2026 (Final dates to be confirmed)

Trip Vision:

This mission’s trip is rooted in our long-term partnership with Kim & Brendan and their three girls at Project Samuel. We aim to support, encourage, and bless their family, while deepening our connections with these key missionaries’ community and students! At the same time, we desire to cultivate in our youth and young adults a deeper understanding of global missions and the heart of God for the nations, develop their leadership and cross-cultural skills, and inspire all on our team to know & follow God in new & exciting ways as they deepen relationships with Him and form spiritual friendships with one another.

Practical Ministry Focus in Zambia:

  • Hosting a FLO Soccer Camp & VBS
  • Leading a weekend youth conference
  • Art & upkeep projects around Project Samuel


Cost: 

  • $4,500 - $5000 per person.
  • Team fundraising will be aimed at bringing down cost per person. Personal fundraising is also highly encouraged. 


About Project Samuel:

Run by NSAC ministry partners Kim & Brenden Vowell, Project Samuel is home to 23 previously orphaned or at risk children, who have now found a family. The Project - located in rural Zambia, Africa - exists to love, care, and equip children and communities in great need. They are responsible for the children's housing, food, love, care, clothing, educational fees.  They also minister through community development projects such as teaching farming and sponsoring children in the local community who have parents but are in great need.  

Along with supporting children, the Project reaches out to the community at large, teaching and providing agriculture and leadership training.
